1. Digital Products & Content

All purchases of digital content—including but not limited to videos, images, subscriptions, downloadable media, and pay-per-view content—are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or viewed.

 

You acknowledge that:

 

  • You lose your right to withdraw once content delivery begins.

  • You are purchasing access to content “as-is,” and usage is your responsibility.

2. Subscription Services

 

 

Subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or custom) will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

 

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

  • Canceling a subscription does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

  • Access continues until the end of the paid term.

3. Unauthorized Transactions or Errors

 

 

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us within 7 days at stampedbystamllc@gmail.com with:

 

  • Your account email

  • Date and amount of the transaction

  • Description of the issue

 

 

We will review each case individually and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Chargebacks

 

 

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

 

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Banning from future access

  • Reporting to fraud prevention networks

 

 

We encourage users to contact us to resolve any issues before involving payment providers.

 

 

 

 

5. Exceptions

 

 

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

 

  • The content was never delivered or was inaccessible due to a verified technical failure

  • You were charged more than once for the same product

  • You purchased the wrong item and have not accessed it

 

 

All exceptions are at the discretion of SecretStamina.com.
